FAQ

Are these 5-digit codes valid for every address in Kenya?
Yes. Each code listed is the primary one for the main post office in that town; any street, estate, or PO Box within the town routes through it.

Rarely. The last nationwide update was 2019. If a new town is gazetted, Posta Kenya issues a notice—watch their website or local press.

Absolutely. The 5-digit code is the same; just add “PO Box XXX” or the full street address after the town name.

Use the ZIP code of the post office that physically serves your address. When in doubt, ask your nearest Posta Kenya branch.
